How quickly will you respond?
We respond to all service requests within 24 hours. For urgent issues (system completely down), we prioritize same-day or next-day service.
Do you charge for service calls?
We charge a standard service call fee of $149, which is waived if repairs are covered under warranty. Diagnostic fees apply for systems we didn't install.
What areas do you service?
We provide service throughout Missouri and Illinois, with fastest response times in Central Missouri (Columbia area).
Can you service systems installed by other companies?
Yes! We service all major solar brands and systems, regardless of who installed them.
