3. SCOPE OF WORK
Solar Sam agrees to provide the following roofing services:
- Complete tear-off and removal of existing roofing materials
- Inspection of roof deck and repair/replacement of damaged sections
- Installation of Asphalt Shingle roofing system ([__] squares)
- Installation of ice and water shield in valleys and eaves
- Installation of synthetic underlayment
- Installation of new ridge vents and/or ventilation as needed
- Replacement/installation of all necessary flashing (chimney, pipes, vents)
- Complete cleanup and debris removal from property
- Magnetic sweep of property for nails and metal debris
- Final inspection and walkthrough with customer

6. WARRANTY
Solar Sam provides the following warranties:

- Coverage: Warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use
- Exclusions: Acts of God, severe weather damage, improper maintenance, or modifications by others
7. ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Permits & Inspections: Solar Sam will obtain all necessary permits and schedule required inspections.
Insurance: Solar Sam carries full liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage.
Change Orders: Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may result in price adjustments.
Hidden Damage: If structural damage is discovered during tear-off, customer will be notified and additional charges may apply for repairs.
Access: Customer agrees to provide clear access to property and utilities. Pets should be secured during work hours.
Weather Delays: Work may be postponed due to inclement weather. Timeline will be adjusted accordingly.
Cancellation: Customer may cancel within 3 business days of signing. Deposit is non-refundable after work has commenced.
Lien Rights: Contractor reserves the right to file a mechanic's lien for non-payment.
