Ticket-based subcontract work, not a referral list.
Solar Sam holds the customer contract, the permit, and the warranty. You get scoped work orders with the site survey, the plan set, and the material list already attached.
Scoped work orders
Every ticket arrives with the plan set, panel count, roof type, and hours estimate. No sales calls, no closing.
Materials on site
Modules, racking, inverters, and BOS delivered before your crew rolls up. You bring labor, tools, and lifts.
Paid on completion
Submit photos and the inspection sign-off in the portal. Approved tickets pay Net 15 by ACH.
Steady territory
We route by county and capacity. Tell us your radius and weekly crew count and we won't overload you.

Company details
This is the entity we'll contract with and pay. Use the legal name exactly as it appears on your W-9.
Before you ask.
Do I need a solar-specific license?
No. Missouri has no statewide solar license — most of our partners come in as roofers, electricians, or general contractors. What we do require is a valid license in the trade you're performing, and a licensed electrician for anything touching the service panel or an ESS.
How much work will I actually get?
It depends on your territory, your trades, and your capacity number. Partners who cover a 60+ mile radius and take service tickets alongside installs see the steadiest flow. We won't promise volume in month one — we'd rather earn the second month.
Who buys the panels?
We do. Modules, racking, inverters, and balance of system are ordered by Solar Sam and delivered to the site. You bring labor, tools, lifts, and consumables. If a ticket requires material you supply, it's itemized in the work order.
What if a job goes sideways?
Scope changes go through the portal before extra work starts — a photo, a note, and a revised line item. Change orders approved in the portal get paid. Verbal changes don't.
Can I apply if my insurance is short of $1M?
Apply anyway. We'll flag your record as needs documents rather than reject it, and you'll get a written list of exactly what to raise. Plenty of partners bumped coverage after applying and activated a week later.
